These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Lady, including our website, mobile application, AI tools, Lady Lens, Prep Reports, pet profiles, emergency access tools, health logs, vaccine tracking, medication tracking, records, notes, uploaded files, and related services.
By accessing or using Lady, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use Lady.
1. Who We Are
Lady is a pet organization and pet-care support app.
In these Terms, “Lady,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Lady.
“You” and “user” refer to anyone who accesses or uses Lady.

2. What Lady Provides
Lady helps pet parents organize and access pet-related information, including:
- Pet profiles
- Vaccination records
- Medication details
- Allergy notes
- Food sensitivity notes

- Vet notes
- Uploaded documents
- Photos
- Lady Lens image support
- Prep Reports
- Emergency access information
- AI-powered explanations, summaries, and organization tools
Lady is designed to help users stay organized and better prepared.
Lady does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, or emergency care.
3. No Veterinary Medical Advice
Lady is not a veterinarian.
Lady does not replace:
- Licensed veterinarians
- Emergency animal hospitals
- Animal poison control
- In-person medical exams
- Professional diagnosis
- Professional treatment plans
- Prescription medication instructions
- Emergency medical care
Any information provided by Lady, including AI responses, Lady Lens explanations, Prep Reports, reminders, summaries, or content, is for informational and organizational purposes only.
You should always consult a licensed veterinarian before making decisions about your pet’s health, medications, diet, symptoms, treatment, or emergency care.
If your pet may be experiencing an emergency, contact a veterinarian, emergency animal hospital, animal poison control, or another qualified emergency resource immediately.
4. AI Accuracy Disclaimer
Lady may use artificial intelligence to help generate responses, summaries, explanations, image-based outputs, or pet-profile-based suggestions.
AI can be wrong.
AI responses may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, misunderstood, or unsuitable for your pet.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs carefully and using your own judgment.
Do not rely on Lady as your only source for pet health decisions.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, safe, current, or appropriate for every pet or situation.
5. Lady Lens Disclaimer
Lady Lens may help review, organize, scan, or explain information from images such as pet food labels, treat labels, medication labels, product packaging, prescriptions, ingredient lists, or documents.
Lady Lens may fail to detect information, misread images, misunderstand text, miss ingredients, overlook context, or provide incomplete results.
Image quality, lighting, label clarity, missing information, outdated product packaging, and incomplete pet profiles may affect results.
Lady Lens does not guarantee that a food, treat, product, medication, or ingredient is safe for your pet.
Always verify important decisions with your veterinarian.
6. User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Entering accurate information
- Keeping your pet’s profile updated
- Reviewing AI outputs
- Reviewing Lady Lens outputs
- Confirming information with a veterinarian
- Protecting your account login
- Using Lady lawfully
- Making final decisions about your pet’s care
Lady’s usefulness depends on the information you provide.
If your information is incomplete, outdated, or incorrect, Lady’s outputs may also be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.
7. Emergency Limitation
Lady may include emergency access features, emergency information storage, or tools designed to help you quickly find or organize urgent pet information.
These features are not a substitute for calling a veterinarian, emergency animal hospital, animal poison control hotline, or local emergency resource.
Lady does not guarantee emergency response, emergency availability, medical outcome, treatment result, or pet safety.
In an emergency, do not wait for an app response.
Contact a qualified emergency veterinary resource immediately.
8. Account Registration
You may need an account to use certain features.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Notify us immediately at hello@getlady.app if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
9. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing
Some Lady features may be free. Others may require payment, subscription, or in-app purchase.
If you purchase a paid feature, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
Payments may be processed by third-party platforms such as Apple, Google, Stripe, or another payment processor.
Subscription terms, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing rules may depend on the platform used to purchase the subscription.
Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or by the applicable app store/payment platform rules.
You are responsible for canceling subscriptions before renewal if you do not want to continue.
Lady may change pricing, plans, features, or subscription options at any time, subject to applicable law and platform rules.
10. User Content
“User Content” means information you upload, submit, enter, store, create, or share through Lady, including:
- Pet profiles
- Notes
- Photos
- Files
- Medical records
- Vaccination records
- Medication details
- Allergy information
- Food labels
- Product labels
- Health logs
- Vet notes
- Messages
- Feedback
- Support requests
You keep ownership of your User Content.
However, by using Lady, you grant Lady a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, analyze, transmit, copy, modify, and use your User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, secure, and provide Lady.
You represent that you have the legal right to upload and use your User Content.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your User Content.
11. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use Lady for unlawful purposes
- Upload false, harmful, abusive, or misleading content
- Violate another person’s privacy rights
- Upload content you do not have permission to use
- Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or exploit Lady
- Attempt to access another user’s account
- Interfere with Lady’s security or operation
- Use Lady to build, train, or support competing products or services
- Abuse AI features
- Use automated systems to overload Lady
- Misrepresent Lady’s outputs as veterinary diagnosis
- Use Lady in a way that could harm pets, users, the brand, or the public
- Sell, license, or misuse Lady outputs in a misleading way
- Upload malware, malicious code, or harmful files
- Harass, threaten, or abuse Lady support, users, or representatives
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms.
12. Intellectual Property
Lady, including the app, website, brand name, logo, design, interface, features, copy, visuals, software, workflows, icons, graphics, product names, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Lady.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, lease, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or create derivative works from Lady without written permission.
Nothing in these Terms gives you ownership of Lady’s intellectual property.
13. Brand Protection
You may not use the Lady name, logo, branding, screenshots, designs, product language, app interface, visual identity, or marketing materials in a way that:
- Confuses users
- Suggests endorsement
- Damages the brand
- Misrepresents the app
- Creates a competing product
- Violates our rights
- Uses Lady’s reputation for unauthorized commercial gain
- Copies Lady’s design, positioning, workflows, or product experience
We reserve all rights to protect the Lady brand.
14. Feedback
If you submit ideas, suggestions, feature requests, comments, or feedback, you grant Lady the right to use them without restriction or compensation.
We may use feedback to improve Lady, create new features, update marketing, modify the product, develop future services, or improve user experience.
15. Third-Party Services
Lady may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including:
- App stores
- Payment processors
- Cloud hosting providers
- Database providers
- AI service providers
- Analytics tools
- Customer support tools
- Email tools
- Security tools
- Vet or pet-related resources
We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, policies, content, products, outages, errors, or actions.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
16. Service Availability
We aim to keep Lady available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Lady may be unavailable due to:
- Maintenance
- Bugs
- Updates
- Security issues
- Internet outages
- Third-party provider failures
- Platform restrictions
- High usage
- Data issues
- Events outside our control
We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features at any time.
17. No Guarantees
Lady is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that:
- Lady will always be available
- Lady will be error-free
- AI outputs will be accurate
- Lady Lens will identify every risk
- Ingredient explanations will be complete
- Prep Reports will include every important issue
- Records will always be available without interruption
- Data will never be lost
- The app will prevent emergencies, illness, injury, or harm
- Any feature will produce a specific result
You use Lady at your own risk.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lady will not be liable for:
- Veterinary decisions made by users
- Reliance on AI responses
- Reliance on Lady Lens
- Pet illness, injury, death, or adverse outcomes
- Missed symptoms
- Incorrect user-entered information
- Inaccurate AI outputs
- Lost data
- Service interruptions
- Third-party service failures
- Unauthorized access
- Payment processor issues
- App store issues
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or reputational harm
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lady’s total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid Lady for the Service in the three months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
19. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lady, its owners, employees, contractors, partners, service providers, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of Lady
- Your User Content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of law
- Your misuse of AI outputs
- Your misuse of Lady Lens
- Your pet-care decisions
- Your infringement of another person’s rights
- Your misuse of Lady’s brand, content, or intellectual property
20. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Lady if:
- You violate these Terms
- You misuse the Service
- You create legal risk
- You harm the brand or other users
- You attempt to interfere with the app
- We are required to do so by law
- We discontinue the Service
You may stop using Lady at any time.
Certain provisions will survive termination, including intellectual property, brand protection, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, dispute terms, and any provisions that by nature should survive.
21. Account Deletion
You may request account deletion by contacting:

Deleting your account may delete or disable access to your pet profiles, files, notes, logs, Prep Reports, and other stored information.
Some information may be retained where allowed or required for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, backup, dispute-resolution, or business purposes.
22. Changes to Lady
We may update, modify, add, remove, limit, or discontinue features at any time.
We may also update these Terms.
If we make material changes, we may notify you through the app, website, email, or another reasonable method.
Your continued use of Lady after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law rules.
24. Dispute Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact Lady at:

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
You agree that disputes will be handled on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
25. App Store Terms
If you download Lady through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app platform, your use may also be subject to that platform’s terms, policies, and rules.
If app store terms conflict with these Terms, the app store terms may control only to the extent required by that platform.

Important note before you publish
This is now usable as a strong working draft, but the only thing I could not truly “fill” is the legal entity name because you have not provided one. I used Lady everywhere so there are no empty brackets.
When you form or confirm the legal company name, replace Lady with the LLC/corporation name in both documents.
